Since launching in 2013, Steppaz has supported more than 2,000 children and young people through dance, performing arts, creativity, mentoring and personal development.
Our work goes beyond the stage. We create opportunities for young people to build confidence, discover their strengths, develop new skills, form positive relationships and believe in what they can achieve.
From participant to performer, leader, assistant and teacher, we are proud to create pathways that enable young people to grow, give back and take their next step towards their future.

From a performing arts academy to a growing community.
Steppaz began in 2013 with a passion for dance and a vision to create opportunities for children and young people to learn, perform and grow.
Over the past 13+ years, Steppaz has grown from a performing arts academy into a trusted community for children, young people and families.
Along the way, we have created hundreds of opportunities through performances, productions, competitions, community events, mentoring, leadership and creative projects.
Our journey has always been about more than what happens on stage. It is about the young people who have grown in confidence, discovered their talents, developed new skills and gone on to inspire others.
Today, we continue that journey as
Steppaz CIC, building on our experience and legacy while expanding our community-focused work and creating even more opportunities for young people and families.
