At Steppaz CIC, we create opportunities for children and young people to learn, develop their skills, express themselves and discover their potential.
Our programmes use dance, performing arts, creativity, mentoring and leadership to support young people both on and beyond the stage.
From weekly classes and productions to community projects, workshops and development opportunities, our programmes are designed to help young people learn, grow, connect and thrive.

DANCE & PERFORMING ARTS
Our dance and performing arts programmes provide young people with the opportunity to develop their technique, creativity, confidence and performance skills.
Young people can take part in classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions and showcases while developing discipline, teamwork and commitment.

MUSICAL THEATRE
Our musical theatre programmes bring together dance, acting, singing and storytelling, giving young people the opportunity to explore different areas of performance.
Through rehearsals and productions, participants develop their confidence, creativity, communication and ability to work as part of a team.

MENTORING/YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Our youth development and mentoring work supports young people beyond their creative development.
We create opportunities for young people to build confidence, explore their strengths, develop life skills and talk through their experiences in a positive and supportive environment.

Steppaz creates opportunities for young people to gain real-world experience and explore pathways within the creative and wider professional world.
These opportunities can include performances, events, competitions, volunteering, work experience, assisting, mentoring and opportunities to develop skills behind the scenes.

MORE THAN A PROGRAMME
At Steppaz, our programmes are about more than what happens in the studio.
We want every young person to leave with something that can support them in their everyday life, whether that is greater confidence, new skills, stronger relationships, leadership experience or simply the belief that they can achieve more than they thought possible.

MEMBERSHIP
All members are required to pay an annual Steppaz Membership Fee upon registration. This fee includes the cost of Steppaz Uniform and Administrative Fees.

MUSICAL THEATRE
Our standard annual membership fee is £624, which is divided into £52 monthly instalments (subject to local funding). These payments are collected over 12 months and include holiday periods. Please note, you are NEVER charged for classes that do not take place, they are just divided over 12 months.
Additional contributions may be requested to cover costs for: Costumes for Steppaz-related shows, internal or external events, and competitions.
STREET DANCE
Our standard annual membership fee is £504 , which is divided into £42monthly instalments (subject to local funding). These payments are collected over 12 months and include holiday periods. Please note, you are NEVER charged for classes that do not take place, they are just divided over 12 months.
Additional contributions may be requested to cover costs for: Costumes for Steppaz-related shows, internal or external events, and competitions.
ELITE
Our standard annual membership fee is £1,464 , which is divided into £122 monthly instalments (subject to local funding). These payments are collected over 12 months and include holiday periods. Please note, you are NEVER charged for classes that do not take place, they are just divided over 12 months.
